Winter Ice: Blue and Silver Dangle Bracelet

Winter again lol! I am definitely ready for it to snow and make the world look amazing this year. I've had winter wonder land stuck in my head, and thus I made this new bracelet. This metal dangle bracelet has a mixture of crystal and glass beads as well as some funky sphere charms. It's a comfortable 7 inches long and closes with a lobster clasp.

I love this bracelet a lot, so much that I kept telling myself, "I'm not going to keep it." I hope you like it as much as I do. Its a little difficult to tell from the pictures, but there are a few larger crystal beads that are kind of a dusty/silvery purple color which MAKES this bracelet in my opinion. Dangle bracelets are the most fun to make, even though there is quite a bit of time put into it since I have to attach a bead to every chain link.
As with all my posts, please leave feedback about this item in the comments below. I'd love to know what you think, and to hear your ideas on future products from my shop, E.Blackie Designs.

Trendy Off-White Hemp Choker with Blue Ice Beads

jewelry, necklace, choker, blue, glass, beads, Celtic, hemp, handmade
When I think of winter, I think of icicles and snowflakes. This is a 13.5 inch long handmade hemp choker, I designed during this last summer when I was yearning for a break from the heat. I kept thinking of ice crystals gathering on my window right in mid winter. I think of this necklace as a clash between summer and winter. As with most of my jewelry, there is definitely Celtic influence in the knot design. It is extremely comfortable to wear, due to the fact that I made sure to use the softest hemp I could find. I have very sensitive skin, so I'm always putting comfort high on my priority list.

The way the choker clasps together is kinda cool. One end is a loop that has a few sliding knots at its base to tighten it, and the other end looks kinda like a little man with a head and two arms. You put the knotted (man) end into the loop and tighten. As with all hemp, it is very durable. I hope you like this piece as much as I do. Please, as always, feel free to leave feedback. Do you like the design and the colors? I have it listed for $18.00. Is that a good price? What are some color combinations you think would be cool? Thanks for reading and feel free to stop by my SHOP and see my other items.

Hey everyone! I just wanted to use today's post to talk about my favorite community on the web, Raverly! This is THE place to go for knitting and crochet projects and patterns. Here's a link to my profile on raverly, so feel free to add me! There are thousands of patterns that are free for you to use as well as some really nice ones for sale. The Child's Pinwheel Sweater is one of my favorite free patterns that I used for my niece's Christmas present this year. The Grey Totoro Amigurumi is another that I've been meaning to try, but haven't had time to lately. The community is full of all kinds of people from all over the globe who are ready to help you out with questions or to just hang out with. I really love the Nerdy Knitters group...some of the coolest patterns I've seen come out of that forum. Ah, the forums! To me, the forums are pretty much the heart and soul of Raverly.com. I encourage you to go check out the community of over 4 million knitters and crocheters!
